If the façade gets wet after a shower or rain, this is a sign that the façade material is (too) porous. The façade then absorbs a lot of water. With solid walls, this can lead to breakdown, with the interior walls also becoming damp. In addition, it has a very adverse effect on the insulation value of your façade.
