If there are obvious wet spots at the bottom of the façade, and there is no moisture damage on the inside, chances are that this is caused by the absorption of (driving) rain in very porous façade material. In that case, the water will descend quickly and cause wet stains.
The solution? Impregnate the entire wall with WP7-401 Façade Waterproof. This will prevent water from penetrating into the façade. Thanks to the vapour-permeable formula, the wall can dry out and the wet stains disappear.
