Locate the leak This can be a long way from where the water is leaking in. Pay close attention to all penetrations, joints and transitions of materials (wall/roof, EPDM/roofing). Are there any roof tiles that have shifted or are cracked?
Repair any cracks, leaks or damage with WP7-101 Universal Waterproof. Use Fibre Tape as reinforcement.
