If water is permanently seeping in through the basement walls or basement floor, there is likely to be a serious problem, such as a high water table, a water vein or the proximity of a stream or canal.
In that case, it is very difficult to waterproof from the inside. We advise you to hire a professional contractor.
If you can get the basement free of water for at least 2 hours, during a very dry period or by dry suction, you can get started with WP7-501 Basement + Wall Waterproof. Make sure you apply two coats before the water pressure increases again.
