If your home is right by a road, passing cars can splash water against your façade. In winter, dissolved road salt can end up in the facing bricks. This can cause damage as the salt crystallises under the surface of the bricks.
Wait for the wall to dry properly. Clean the entire wall thoroughly with HP Clean and high pressure (hot) water. Rinse very thoroughly to wash out as much salt as possible.
Then let the façade dry for at least 24 hours and impregnate the entire façade with WP7-401 Façade Waterproof. This makes the wall hydrophobic and it will no longer absorb water. WP7-401 is completely vapour-permeable, meaning that the moisture from the wall can evaporate and the façade can dry out completely.
